TRAINING BRINGS IMPROVEMENT

Mectex has always committed itself to the good management of the Human Resources, always considered as an inalienable wealth of the company.

The valorisation of this wealth is obtained through a continuous and targeted training, able to create a human resources structure dedicated to guarantee the better service to our customers, through a team work carried out by people having a high sense of belonging to the company.

The deep knowledge of one's work brings passion with itself, and Mectex wishes to have passion as its main product. 

For this reason, in the last five-years , we have organized various professional training courses both inside the company and outside of it, with the collaboration of CEGOS, the Tessile di Como association, and the Centro Tessile Cotoniero of Busto Arsizio. 

These courses, that have been attended by more than 75% of the employees, have had as their subject of study both technical-textile competences, and informatics, office automation, intranet and extranet communication. Being able to communicate is the first step for the team work. 

The management, in view of a continuous betterment, will proceed with the training process, so as to facilitate the change management process.
